Styling Deposit

We do accept major credit cards, cash, or US checks. Please make checks payable to Dorys Foltin LLC. We do require having a major credit card on file for large group weddings, not expiring before your event date. Your final balance is due in full and in one payment two days before your wedding day. A 4% credit card processing fee applies to Visa, Mastercard, and Amex transactions. We will collect cash payments for any additional services occurring on the wedding day.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel our styling wedding services (partially or altogether), please notify us immediately by e-mail or text 808.3815313. Please be aware that your $75 deposit is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of any cancellation unless you experience an emergency; we will transfer the deposit to your new wedding date. Cancellations made 30 days or less of your wedding day will still require a full balance payment outlined in your styling quote.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds or warranties on any styling services. The client's sole responsibility is to inform the stylist before leaving the site if the client is unsatisfied with the services for any reason. We give No refund for any reason after the stylist has left the client's place.

Our rates do not include gratuity. Tips are GREATLY APPRECIATED. If you are satisfied with our services and performance, you may tip each stylist directly. An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to your invoice for full-service bookings of five or more people.

In the unlikely event that the contracted stylist cannot perform the services due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, we will do our very best to dispatch a substitute senior stylist to fulfill the obligations outlined in your styling quote. Furthermore, Dorys Foltin LLC will e-mail all necessary information, including the trial session styling documentation, if available, to the replacement stylist to duplicate the same desired look. If time does not permit a trial session with the replacement stylist, Dorys Foltin LLC will arrange for the stylist to arrive early enough to provide a stress-free experience.  Dorys Foltin LLC Stylists are independent contractors and have been hand-selected by Dorys Foltin LLC owner Dorys Foltin. Dorys Foltin LLC liability and that of their independent contractors is limited to the refund of the deposit.

A location fee (per stylist) may apply to onsite locations. It covers the valet/parking expenses, distance, and accessibility (elevator, stairs) from the valet or parking garage to your hotel room, home, or Airbnb. If you provide free parking, we wave the parking fees.

A travel fee may apply if your getting-ready location is outside of Honolulu and exceeds 30 minutes in driving time. Please e-mail us for a current quote.

An early bird fee applies to the following check-in times:

6-7 a.m. $50

5-6 a.m. $100

4-5 a.m. $150

3-4 a.m. $200

2-3 a.m. $250

Timeliness and professionalism are our commitment to you. We understand that sometimes programs do not run on schedule and will give you a courtesy 30 minute waiting period. If the assigned stylist has to wait longer than 30 minutes (be that before, during, or after the scheduled styling time frame), there will be a professional overtime fee of $25 per 15 minutes billed.
